Who is Eligible?

You will also need to be receiving certain income-related benefits such as Universal Credit, Income Support, or Housing Benefit. However, some households may qualify under the Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA Flex) scheme, which allows councils to identify vulnerable residents who would benefit from support, even if they don’t receive benefits.
